General Counselling Services
Each session is shaped around you and what you need, at your pace. I draw on different ways of working to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and feel more emotionally steady and supported.
Specialist in Bereavement Counselling
My experience includes working with patients and families at a local hospice, offering end-of-life and bereavement counselling. This work has deepened my understanding of the courage and vulnerability people show during times of loss.

You’re one decision away from real change. Let’s take the first step together.
Step by step
Step 1: Book a Free Call or Text Me on WhatsApp
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it’s often the most important one. You can get in touch by phone, email, or through the contact form to briefly share what’s bringing you to counselling. From there, we can arrange a free introductory call to see if we’re the right fit.
Step 2: Choose Your Counselling Option
During our initial chat, we’ll discuss what kind of support feels right for you — whether that’s ongoing bereavement counselling, short-term emotional support, or help with anxiety, stress, or relationship issues. You can also choose between in-person or online sessions, depending on what feels most comfortable.
Step 3: Begin Your Journey
Once you’re ready, we’ll book your first session. This is your space — calm, confidential, and without judgment. Together, we’ll begin to explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you find clarity, strength, and a sense of peace at your own pace.
